Medicaid in your Mailbox: Check your mail for important letters

Louisiana Medicaid and your Healthy Louisiana health plans send important information and updates in the mail. We may also ask you to provide additional information or to take an action to keep your coverage. If you don’t respond, you could lose your coverage even if you are still eligible.

Make sure your address is up-to-date and that you check your mail regularly. If you need to update your address, you can do it online at MyMedicaid.la.gov or by calling Medicaid at 1-888-342-6207.
