Baton Rouge, Louisiana, - Rescinds and replaces the provisions of the October 21, 2021 Emergency Rule which was promulgated to continue the expiring provisions of the Emergency Rule adopted on June 24, 2020 that amended Title 50 of the Louisiana Administrative Code due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency.
