Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Mar 24, 2022 - Starting Wednesday, March 23, members may receive a recorded message from the Louisiana Department of Health. If you receive a call from 1-888-342-6207, it is Medicaid calling to remind members to update their information. Calls will be made between the hours of 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.  Members can log in at mymedicaid.la.gov at any time to update their phone number, email address, and mailing address.
