Starting in April, Medicaid members should expect a recorded call from Louisiana Medicaid  reminding you to make sure your contact information is up to date.  The call will also ask about a pink letter that was mailed to every Medicaid household in late March. If you are a Medicaid member and did not get a pink letter, Medicaid probably does not have your correct contact information and you could miss important mail about your health coverage.

If you receive a call from 1-888-342-6207, it is Medicaid calling. Members can visit www.ldh.la.gov/myinfo for more information and to update a phone number, cell phone number, email address, and mailing address.
