Pursuant to 42 CFR 431.420(c), the Louisiana Department of Health will hold a public forum to allow the public an opportunity to provide comments and solicit feedback on the progress of the Healthy Louisiana Substance Use Disorder 1115 Demonstration Waiver, which covers services for beneficiaries residing in Institutions for Mental Diseases (IMDs) for stays with durations longer than 15 days. The forum will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in room 118 of the Bienville Building and via internet (Zoom).
