The Human Resources staff provides services to applicants, employees, and managers in the following areas: Time & Attendance, Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, Classification, Pay Administration, Performance Evaluation, Drug Testing, Training & Development, and Employee Administration.

MissionThe mission of the Human Resources Training and Staff Development Office is to learn, through continuous self-improvement, to maximize the Department's most valuable asset--our human resources.

PurposeTo develop, implement, and administer programs that will enhance the development of our employees to better serve the citizens of the State of Louisiana.
