A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at the Youth Career Expo on April 28, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will be held at 6220 E. Texas Street in Bossier City. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs. Please stop by if you have questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
