CTUW-Sears/Family Dollar Store- Bogalusa (Northshore)

In recognition of "National Cover the Uninsured Week", the Northshore LaCHIP Team will set up a display with informational material, promotional items and Medicaid application at The Family Dollar Store and Sears located at 411 Avenue B and 412 Avenue B, Bogalusa.  LaCHIP representatives will be there on Saturday, March 28, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for those interested in applying for LaCHIP and/or who may have questions concerning existing Medicaid coverage.
