Vidalia: 1st Annual Concordia Parish Health & Resource Fair

DHH/LACHIP representatives from Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital and the Concordia Parish Medicaid office will be at Vidalia High School on Saturday, May 2 for the first annual Concordia Parish Health & Resource Fair.  Local citizens can come by the fair, visit the Medicaid table, & speak with a representative about any unresolved issues they may have, or to have their questions answered.

Medicaid applications will be taken on-site, & Medicaid eligibility may be renewed, contact information updated, & additional information received on various local & state programs that may assist citizens with their health care needs.  LaCHIP promotional items will be available for give-aways.
