Minden - Webster Parish Back to School Bash

A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at the Webster Parish Back to School Bash on July 31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will be held at 1 Medical Plaza in Minden. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute free school supplies to school-aged children. We will also have information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs. Please stop by if you have questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
