A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at the BPCC 3rd Annual Diversity Health and Wellness Fair on September 15 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event will be held at 6220 East Texas Street. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs. Please stop by if you have questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
