Winnfield: Winn Parish DARE Fair

Medicaid representatives will be at the "DARE Fair" at the Winnfield Civic Center on Saturday, May 22, 2010 beginning at 9 a.m.  Information on all Medicaid programs, including LaCHIP, LaMOMS, Medicaid Purchase Plan, and the Medicare Savings Program will be available.  Attendees will be able to complete applications on-site and update their contact information, as well as have their health insurance questions answered. Promotional Items will be available for giveaways.  Also visit www.lachip.org for more information on all Medicaid programs.
