The Mount Olive Church of Slidell will host its Annual Health Fair on Saturday, September 25, 2010 starting at 9:00 a.m.
The Northshore LaCHIP representative will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and other Medicaid programs. They will also be available to assist anyone wishing to apply for LaCHIP or who desire to update their LaCHIP information
