July 03, 2014 EMERGENCY RULE: Minimum Disinfectant Residual Levels in Public Water Systems

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Jul 03, 2014 - In accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, (R.S. 49:950, et seq.), the Department of Health and Hospitals, Office of Public Health is renewing the emergency rule that amends Chapter 3, Chapter 9, Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 of Part XII of Title 51 of the Louisiana Administrative Code.
