Continues the provision of the April 20, 2014 Emergency Rule which amended the provisions of the December 31, 2013 Emergency Rule in order to clarify the provisions which included the Medicaid coverage for the unborn child(ren) of any pregnant woman with income between 138 percent and 214 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
