August 28, 2015 EVV Update Letter to Louisiana Home and Community-Based Providers

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Aug 28, 2015 - Over the last year we have provided updates regarding the implementation of a new Electronic Visit Verification (EVY) system to help better manage home and community­based services and supports. The Department opted to move implementation :from April 2015 to July 2015, and then until September 2015, in order to allow First Data, the State's contractor implementing the system, to complete the necessary work to deliver an EVV system that met the needs of the Department and our providers.
