Adopts provisions to establish a Medicaid asset verification process to verify the assets of aged, blind or disabled applicants for, and recipients of, Medicaid benefits. The proposed Rule will serve to establish the internal procedures for verifying assets, but will not have a direct impact on Medicaid enrollment or eligibility.
