March 18, 2016 Caddo Parish Health Unit to Close March 21 through April 1

- Because of needed repairs to its heating and cooling system, the Caddo Parish Health Unit will be closed for the next two weeks, beginning Monday, March 21. The health unit is expected to reopen on Friday, April 1 following this maintenance work.

Patients who have a WIC appointment for March 21 can report to the Bossier Parish Health Unit at their scheduled appointment time. All other patients should call the Bossier Parish Health Unit at (318) 741-7314 to schedule an appointment. For those who wish to postpone until the Caddo Parish Health Unit reopens, appointments can be rescheduled by calling the number above.

The two-week closure is to replace the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system.

LDH apologizes for the inconvenience and will continue to work with all patients to ensure their continued access to services.
