December 14, 2016 Nursing Facilities - Reimbursement Methodology LAC 50:Chapter 200
Amends the provisions governing the reimbursement methodology for nursing facilities in order to revise the method used for nursing facility rate setting and to make technical changes to align provisions with the approved State Plan amendment.
