December 14, 2016 Outpatient Hospital Services - Non-Rural, Non-State Hospitals - Reimbursement Rate Increase LAC 50:V.5313, 5317, 5513, 5517, 5713, 5719, 6115 and 6119
In compliance with House Concurrent Resolution (HCR) 51 of the 2016 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, amends the provisions governing reimbursement methodology for outpatient hospital services to increase the reimbursement rates paid to non-rural, non-state hospitals.
