March 10, 2017 Inpatient Hospital Services - Graduate Medical Education - Supplemental Payments Pool Elimination LAC 50:V.1331
Amends the provisions of the March 1, 2017 Emergency Rule governing the reimbursement methodology for inpatient hospital services to eliminate the pool for supplemental payments for graduate medical education in order to clarify these provisions, and to correct a technical error to assure that the provisions are promulgated in a clear and concise manner.
