The Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health, STD/HIV Program is inviting qualified proposers to submit proposals for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) services RFP. Interested candidates will demonstrate the ability to provide a comprehensive continuum of high quality, community based care for low income individuals and families living with HIV.
