May 08, 2018 Medicaid Eligibility - Special Income Level Eligibility Termination
Repeals the provisions of the March 20, 1986 Rule governing Medicaid Eligibility for recipients of long-term care and home and community-based services in order to terminate the optional Medicaid Special Income Level eligibility group coverage.
