June 25, 2020 Programs and Services Amendments due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency
The Department of Health, Bureau of Health Services Financing, amends Title 50 of the Louisiana Administrative Code in order to enact temporary provisions to ensure the continuation of essential programs and services throughout the duration of the Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) public health emergency declaration.
