December 11, 2020 Programs and Services Amendments Due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency
Amends the provisions of the October 19, 2020 Emergency Rule which amended the provisions of the Emergency Rule adopted April 8, 2020 and Title 50 of the Louisiana Administrative Code throughout the duration of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency declaration in order to remove provisions allowing self-attestation of certain eligibility criteria information.
