Amends the December 23, 2020 Emergency Rule which amended reimbursement in the Professional Services and Pharmacy programs to adopt provisions governing vaccine administration during a declared public health emergency (PHE), in order to add language specifying the requirement for Medicaid reimbursement to pharmacies for administration of vaccines related to the PHE.
