Amends the provisions governing reimbursement for federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics in order to establish an alternative payment methodology to allow reimbursement for administration of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine outside of the current all-inclusive prospective payment system rate on file.
