LDH is moving forward with a plan to distribute food benefits on EBT cards. If the USDA, who administers the SNAP program, is prepared and ready to move money into states’ accounts, we will use federal dollars to fund SNAP recipients’ accounts. If they are not ready, LDH will proceed with our state-funded program to provide food assistance to the elderly, the disabled, and households with children through their existing EBT cards.
October 01, 2021 RFP: Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review Level I Services
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, - The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified Proposers who are interested in providing a web-based software application and clinical services to assist the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Office of Aging and Adult Services (OAAS), in the management of the Level I Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) process. Level I is the first part of the PASRR process for identifying individuals suspected of having mental illness, and/or an intellectual or developmental disability or related condition.
LDH will award a single contract for a period of up to three (3) years subject to an annual allotment of funds.
Proposals are due November 5, 2021, 4:00 PM CT.
