Baton Rouge, Louisiana, - Amends the provisions governing the Pharmacy Benefits Management Program in order to provide coverage for over-the-counter at-home tests for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) that have been authorized by the Food and Drug Administration, in compliance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements.
