Amends the provisions governing hospice services in order to: 1) temporarily waive the provision requiring daily visits by the hospice provider to all clients under the age of 21 and allow telemedicine visits as an alternative in the event of a federal or state declared emergency or disaster; and 2) clarify that the five-day limit for inpatient care is applied to respite care only.
