Amends the provisions governing the licensing of behavioral health service (BHS) providers regarding employment of peer support specialists, geographic service locations, specialized behavioral health rehabilitation services and establishes requirements for the treatment of opioid use disorder in pregnant women by licensed BHS providers in compliance with Acts 151, 344, 390, 503 and 309 of the 2022 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.
