May 15, 2024 Northeast Louisiana Office of Public Health, community partners to host health and wellness event May 18 in Jonesboro

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, May 15, 2024 - The Louisiana Department of Health’s (LDH) Office of Public Health (OPH) in Northeast Louisiana and community partners will host a free Stepping into Summer Health and Wellness event on Saturday, May 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at Louisiana Civil Rights Trail, 135 Richard Zuber Thruway (U.S. Highway 167), Jonesboro.

This day of services, information and fun includes a walk/run, OPH and Medicaid vendors, local medical offices, physical activities, free food and more.

Partners are the Town of Jonesboro, Pine Belt Multi-Purpose CAA, Inc., and Jonesboro State Bank.
