Removes requirements for school-based nursing services rendered to children enrolled in Louisiana schools as part of the individualized education program.
Repeals the provisions governing the Louisiana Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (LaHIPP) to terminate the program since the LaHIPP population will now be included in the Managed Care for Physical and Basic Behavioral Health Program.
Amends the provisions governing targeted case management (TCM) services in order to adopt provisions for reimbursing the Department of Children and Family Services for services rendered to Medicaid eligible children by foster care and family support workers.
Amends the provisions of the July 1, 2014 Emergency Rule in order to clarify these provisions to ensure that they are incorporated into the Louisiana Administrative Code in a clear and concise manner. The July 1, 2014 Emergency Rule, as originally published, amended the provisions governing the reimbursement methodology for TCM services provided to New Opportunities Waiver recipients.
Amends the provisions of the October 1, 2014 Emergency Rule governing the reimbursement methodology for non-emergency medical transportation in order to clarify provisions and to bring the language of this Rule into compliance with the approved State Plan.
Amends the provisions of the September 20, 2014 Emergency Rule to further revise the formatting of these provisions as a result of the promulgation of the March 20, 2015 final Rule governing physician services in the Professional Services Program in order to ensure that these provisions are appropriately incorporated into the Louisiana Administrative Code.
Rescinds the provisions of the July 20, 2014 Emergency Rule which excluded Chisholm class members form participation in the coordinated care network. Proposes to amend the provisions governing the reimbursement methodology for inpatient hospital services rendered by non-rural, non-state hospitals to eliminate the additional reimbursements for hemophilia blood products purchased by hospitals.
Amends the provisions of the February 9, 2014 Emergency Rule which adopted provisions implementing the Provisional Medicaid Program in order to clarify those provisions.
Amends the provisions of the April 20, 2014 Emergency Rule governing the use the Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) methodology for eligibility determinations in order to make a technical revision.
