Amends the provisions governing the new adult eligibility group in order to clarify the provisions of the May 20, 2016 Rule which adopted provisions in the Medicaid Program to expand coverage to the new adult group.
Amends the provisions governing LT-PCS to remove the non-medical transportation services provisions erroneously continued in the June 20, 2016 Rule in order to ensure that the provisions are promulgated accurately in the Louisiana Administrative Code.

The Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Aging and Adult Services proposes to amend the language included in the definition of Spinal Cord Injury to comply with the definition as set forth in R.S. 46:2632. This proposed Rule is promulgated in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:450 et seq. The indictment was handled by the U.S. Attorney following an investigation by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
