Amends the provisions governing the reimbursement methodology in the Professional Services Program in order to align the reimbursement for new services added to the Medicaid fee schedule with the State Plan Amendment approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
