The Regional Interagency Coordinating Council (RICC) meeting is to provide updates in the EarlySteps program to all practitioners enrolled in EarlySteps. The meeting is also open to Local Education Agencies, Local Governing Entities, as well as the public. Usually each meeting will have a presentation that is of interest for EarlySteps practitioners, and include a technical assistance component as well.
