A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at Gateway Church's Family Health & Fun Day on April 11, 2009, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The event will be held at One University Place in Shreveport. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs. Please stop by if you have questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
