Hunt Forest Products - Northshore

Due to the economic conditions, the Hunt Forest Products Company located at 48177 Highway 51 North, Natalbany is being forced to close and lay off 198 employees.   As a result of this event, the Louisiana Workforce Commission and the Northshore LaCHIP Unit are working togerther to assist the employees and their families during this transitioning period.

Representative from both agencies will be on-site to provide indiviidual consultation and assistance to those haveing questions or who may wish to apply for available programs.

          Tuesday, April 28, 2009 (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.  

          Wednesday, april 29, 2009 (9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
