Spirit of Health Diabetes Forum and Luncheon

Southern University A&M College of Nursing, Baton Rouge campus and community partners invite you to join us for the kickoff of the inaugural Louisiana's Living Well with Diabetes Extravaganza. 

Participants will receive access to free health screenings, counseling and education on prevention and management of diabetes.  A celebration luncheon will also be held in Memory of Reverend G. R. Clark.  Free health screenings will be provided from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (pre-registration required).  Call (225) 771-3324 to pre-register for the health screenings.  The luncheon program will be held from 12 pm to 2:30 pm at the Southern University Cotillion Ballroom.

The event will also feature a special guest speaker and segment to recognize and celebrate African American Louisiana residents who are living well and successfully managing their life with diabetes.
