Mansfield - DeSoto Parish Back to School Bash

A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at the DeSoto Parish Back to School Bash on August 1 from 9 a.m. to noon. The event will be held at 600 Kennedy Drive in Mansfield. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute free school supplies to school-aged children. We will also have information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs. Please stop by if you have questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
