Office of Public Health will partner with many agencies for the upcoming Alsen Health Fair on Wednesday, December 9 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Alsen Recreation Center located at 601 Old Rafe Meyer Rd in Baton Rouge. The goal of the health fair is to provide educational information and help raise awareness in the community regarding all healthcare issues.
LaCHIP team will have an information table at this event, and will be available to answer any questions you may have concerning LaCHIP and other available programs.
