The Northshore LaCHIP Blitz in many cities in Region IX parishes will be December 8-12, 2009. As part of this initiative, LaCHIP representatives will set up a display with LaCHIP and other Medicaid program information at the Ponchatoula Family Pharmacy, 19008 Highway 22 in Ponchatoula on Friday, December 11, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
