The purpose of this meeting is to bring together representatives of agencies and individuals in the community to educate them about LaCHIP; to schedule a regular meeting time and place; to raise awareness of LaCHIP in the community; and to advance the knowledge of services available in Vermilion Parish. Vermilion Parish Medicaid workers will be on site to answer questions, and distribute applications. Lunch will be provided. If attending, please email [email protected], for lunch planning purposes.
