Vermilion - Vermilion Parish Job Fair

Vermilion Parish's Job Fair will include workshops for job seekers. The workshops are: 'How to Have a Successful Job Interview' from 9:30 am to 10:30 am and 'The Hidden Job Market and How to Find It' from 11:00 am to noon. Job seekers will also be able to meet employers who are hiring, obtain career specific information, develop contacts, and receive job research advice.
Medicaid staff will be on hand for the duration of the job fair, from 9 am to 2 pm to answer questions about, or assist individuals in applying for any Medicaid program, including: LaCHIP, LaCHIP Affordable and the Medicaid Purchase Plan.
