Ville Platte: Home Health Care 2000 Fair

The Home Health Care 2000 event & health fair is coming up in Ville Platte on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 11 AM to 1 PM.  It will be held at 129 East Main Street, across from Ace Hardware store.  Educational & health information will be available for all families who attend.  Representatives from Louisiana's Medicaid program will provide info on LaCHIP, LaMOMS, Medicaid Purchase Plan, and the Medicare Savings Program on-site.  Attendees will be able to complete applications on-site and update their contact information, as well as have their health insurance questions answered. Also visit www.lachip.org for more information on all Medicaid programs.
