The Mount Zion Freewill Baptist Health Fair will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. There will be various health screenings services provided such as: blood pressure check and cholesterol screening and diabetes testing, as well as, health informational materials.
LaCHIP representatives will be onsite with display, applications and assistance to those withing to apply LaCHIP and other Medicaid programs.
