Water Systems Workshop - Lake Charles

Using the form below, please schedule a time for which you will be able to come to Lake Charles on December 18, 2013. Please indicate in the comment field below if you are entering information for a large water system or for multiple water systems and will need more than one hour. Water systems must bring a distribution system schematic indicating sources, treatment plants, and storage facilities, a list of sample sites with a 911 street address and/or GPS coordinates, and service area boundaries. On-site technical assistance will be available.
