  RFI - Commission for the Deaf Services - Alexandria

  The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals/Commission for the Deaf (hereinafter referred to as DHH/LCD) issues this Request for Information (RFI) with the intent to determine the interest and capabilities of provider organizations to provide an operational Regional Services Center in the Alexandria region (Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Grant, LaSalle, Rapides, Sabine, Vernon, and Winn parishes) for provision of advocacy and accessibility services to persons with deafness, deaf-blindness, hearing loss and/or speech impairment.

  The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals/Commission for the Deaf (hereinafter referred to as DHH/LCD) issues this Request for Information (RFI) with the intent to determine the interest and capabilities of provider organizations to provide an operational Regional Services Center in the Monroe region (Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, West Carroll parishes) for provision of advocacy and accessibility services to persons with deafness, deaf-blindness, hearing loss and/or speech impairment.

  RFI for Technical Advice and Review of Applications, Plans, and Invoices for the HVAC Generator Grant Program

  The purpose of the RFI is to obtain the services of a contractor or contractors to provide services of Architects and Engineers to provide technical consultative and administrative services to DHH in the implementation of the program.
