Requests for Information/Innovation/Offers

This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal, application, or proposal abstract. This RFI does not commit the State to contract for any supplies or services or make a grant award. Further, the State is not seeking proposals through this RFI and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the State will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will solely be at the interested party's expense.

This RFI is issued for the purpose of gathering information from qualified companies, individuals, etc. who show a demonstrated capacity to provide state-level coordination, administration, and management of the ECSS program. The ECSS management entity will be a management organization responsible for credentialing and contracting with a network of locally- and regionally-based ECSS provider sites.

LDH is seeking information from vendors, stakeholders, and other entities who have insight with respect to improving project and portfolio management staff augmentation (PPM) services, including, but not limited to, innovative approaches and novel solutions for PPM services to support MES and other business‐related projects.

The purpose of this RFI is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers that can provide a Licensed, Shelter Care Group Home located throughout the state of Louisiana for the Severely/Persistently Mentally Ill (S/PMI) adult male and/or female population with an array of services to clients discharged from CLSH.

This RFI is being issued for the purpose of gathering information from vendors, stakeholders, and other entities who can contribute to innovative approaches and identify opportunities for HSS related to this procurement for Emergency Preparedness. The purpose of this RFI is to enter into one or more in-kind Cooperative Endeavor Agreements for services from qualified Private Sector Providers who are interested in providing a highly secure, licensed, Joint Commission Accredited, and CMS Certified Intermediate Psychiatric Hospital with 50-118 licensed inpatient hospital beds for the Severely/Persistently Mentally Ill adult population in the State of Louisiana.

Through this RFI the Louisiana Department of Health (“LDH”) is seeking to partner with community-based organizations that can increase COVID-19 vaccine confidence in the populations and communities hardest hit by COVID-19.

The Louisiana Department of Health is seeking information on vendors and organizations that can assist the State in effectively reaching residents who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and other marginalized sexual identities through the use of community engagement to build confidence in COVID-19 vaccination.

LDH is seeking information from vendors, stakeholders, and other entities who have input on improving IV&V services.

The Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Behavioral Health, issues this Request for Information (RFI) with the intent to determine the interest and capabilities of provider organizations to provide approximately 24 adult and/or adolescent psychiatric beds.
