The Louisiana Department of Health & Hospitals, Office of Public Health issues this Request for Information (RFI) with the intent to determine interested and qualified vendors for providing the following activities related to the prevention of STD and HIV infections, the provision of services for HIV-infected persons, as well as clinical services and treatment for persons infected with syphilis, chlamydia and/or gonorrhea, and to monitor the STD and HIV epidemics over time.

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) is seeking information regarding vendors that are capable of providing full Disease Management services to a targeted high need, high cost population to assist Louisiana in improving outcomes and reducing costs for Medicaid recipients with chronic diseases.

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals’ Bureau of Health Services Financing is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of seeking information from Qualified Health Care Professionals (QHCP) regarding their willingness and availability to provide Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CD/DE), to Louisiana Medicaid enrollees under age 21. QHCPs should have sufficient qualification and experience to conduct and document the CDE/DE, and to develop initial recommendations for a multidisciplinary treatment plan, including recommendations relative to clinical indications for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based treatments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, related and comorbid disorders.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the DHH Office of the Secretary, Division of Information Technology for the purpose of collecting information and costs from qualified companies which can show a demonstrated capacity to design and maintain a health care-data collection and processing system. 2. The Department welcomes all responses to this RFI which will be utilized to learn of potential interest and the estimated cost of contracting for these services. The knowledge gained from these responses may be used to formulate a Request for Proposal (RFP) for some or all services requested under project overview and herein.

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals/Commission for the Deaf (hereinafter referred to as DHH/LCD) issues this Request for Information (RFI) with the intent to determine the interest and capabilities of provider organizations to provide an operational Regional Services Center in the Alexandria region (Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Grant, LaSalle, Rapides, Sabine, Vernon, and Winn parishes) for provision of advocacy and accessibility services to persons with deafness, deaf-blindness, hearing loss and/or speech impairment.

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals/Commission for the Deaf (hereinafter referred to as DHH/LCD) issues this Request for Information (RFI) with the intent to determine the interest and capabilities of provider organizations to provide an operational Regional Services Center in the Monroe region (Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, West Carroll parishes) for provision of advocacy and accessibility services to persons with deafness, deaf-blindness, hearing loss and/or speech impairment.

The purpose of the RFI is to obtain the services of a contractor or contractors to provide services of Architects and Engineers to provide technical consultative and administrative services to DHH in the implementation of the program.
